This is designed as a guide to identify areas of your business that can be developed to assist with navigating the current crisis.

As we have developed this questionnaire from a business coaching background, we are clear that just by going through this process, it will assist you in a variety of ways i.e. guide you through some of your legal and regulatory obligations, identify critical functions and services, and pinpoint services you depend on. We believe it will help you rethink your priorities and refocus your business efforts to start building your business once again.

The questions are not complicated and you should answer them as honestly and authentically as you can so that you can receive an accurate assessment and relevant advice. We do suggest that for all compliance issues that you refer these results to your relevant advisors to go through with you i.e. your accountant.
