We like to help manufacture “flashes of understanding” through the use of psychometric tools.
Psychometric tools, such as DISC and Being Profiles, transform information about you or your team into easily digestible non-threatening insights, which we can then probe together and explore how to use the information to transform outcomes.
Where you agree to do so, in business coaching or recruitment (particularly for senior roles), we use the DISC Profile®. This Assessment tool is a resource for individuals and organisations desiring to improve performance, increase productivity and to positively persuade other people. We like this assessment as it doesn’t just describe your natural DISC behavioural style, it teaches you how to improve your own productivity and interpersonal interactions.
The Being Profile measures the fundamental aspects of a human being that makes us distinctly different from each other. Qualities such as Authenticity, Integrity, Responsibility, Empowerment, amongst others. We’d tend to suggest the use of this as an enhancement to mentoring for yourself or your team. It deals with aspects which also correlate directly to our performance and the results we produce in many areas of our lives.
Each of the assessment tools we utilise offers a unique assessment instrument with its own set of reports and coaching and mentoring support.
Whether you want to develop more self-aware leaders, build top performing teams or improve sales and service results, these tools provide a foundation for dependable human performance answers.
Whilst we generally use these tools as an adjunct to other work (coaching, mentoring, recruitment or cultural teamwork) they can be delivered as standalone options if required.
DISC is a behaviour assessment tool based on the theory of psychologist William Moulton Marston, which centres on four different personality traits. They are identified today as Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness.
